The Crossing Discipler Interest Form
Please fill out this form if you are interested in discipling someone.

This is not the official signup form, but is a form designed to help us create potential matches discipler to disciple relationship. If you get a potential match, you will undergo a 2 month trial period where any party can decide to opt out or look for someone different, before committing to a 8 month. Please read the discipleship information document for more details.
