Dysfunctional relationships with our moms can be a lonely, isolating experience. The more we can relate, feel seen, and validated by others, the easier it is to move forward.
In my newsletter, I'm featuring stories about people's unhealthy relationships with their moms and
(most importantly) how they've started to heal from them. I'll use first names and ages only, but if you prefer to use a pseudonym or stay anonymous, that's fine too!
If you're open, I know so many would love to hear your story—even if it doesn't end with your mom becoming your best friend.
