Indie Oxford Christmas Market 2017 - Stall Application Form
Hi there!

Thanks for choosing to take part in the third Indie Oxford Christmas Market on Saturday 2nd December 2017. This year we're excited to be partnering with Turl Street Kitchen again. We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly stall holders with well presented stalls. As Turl Street Kitchen is a restaurant we cannot have any food stalls.

Applying for a stall
***To be able to apply, your business MUST be Oxford or Oxfordshire based***
Stalls are £75 each and a table will be provided.
If you want to share a stall with a friend, provide details of both of your product ranges in the application.

Awesome Christmas Hamper
If you're successful we're asking each stall holder to donate a gift of their choosing to be put in a prize hamper. The items and hamper will be used to market the event and you guys! See more below.

About Your Stall
All stall holders will be allocated a space large enough for a 6ft trestle table.
I require a table to be hired in for my stall

Please note that items should be PAT tested
Unusual Items. Most of our stalls will be table based. Can you please let us know if you intend to bring any other large props such as clothing racks?

Marketing and Christmas Hamper
As mentioned above, we're going to be offering a Christmas Hamper made of up one goodie from each stall holder. We ask that each stall holder donates a product free of charge. We'll use this as a marketing tool before the event to pull people in and show off our range of fabulous people. We'll also use it as a pull on the day. We'll do this by requiring the entry to the competition to have a stamp from the venue.

We ask that the value of the products has a retail value of £10.00 or more and if your application is successful we will email you details of where to post or drop it in to. We will require this item to be given to us by the end of August so we can begin our marketing campaign.
