Call for Garlic Stories - Takes 3 to 5 minutes
I’m writing a book about the history of garlic in Toronto and Ontario (for History Press). The idea is to show how perceptions of garlic have changed in Toronto and the greater area. For my research I’m talking with farmers, chefs, culinary historians, and some of the many people in Toronto and Ontario who use garlic.
