Castlewood Alliance - Awana Clubs Registration Form
Please complete the following registration form for your child(ren) to participate in the Awana Clubs program at Castlewood Alliance Church for the 2025-26 year. You may register up to 4 children per form. 

There is a fee of $20 per child registered with the Awana program that may be paid upon arrival the first night of Club. This cost helps to cover your child(ren)'s Awana uniform & Awana book. 

IF the cost is a burden on your family, scholarship funds may be available, please contact the Awana Directors, Colter & Kayla Cekella, for more information.
