We require a 48 hour notice in case you are unable to attend so that we can assign your spot to another person in the waiting list. This will help us manage the workshop better since we have limited spots available. *

Registration Requirement: All students must complete registration before attending any classes.

Agreement to Policies: By signing or entering the classroom, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following policies.

Tuition Fees: All tuition fees are non-refundable.

Payment Schedule: Payment of fee confirms the enrolment.

Missed Lessons and Cancellations: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed lessons.

Photos: Photos/videos may be used for advertising and promotional purposes.

Student Behaviour: Students are expected to exhibit courteous behaviour and refrain from running or causing disruption during class.

Artwork Pick-Up: All artwork must be collected within 8 weeks. After this period, unclaimed artwork may be disposed of due to limited storage space.

Clothing Recommendation: Art materials may stain clothing permanently, so appropriate attire is advised.

Right to Refuse Service: Roopali’s Kala Art Studio reserves the right to refuse service to individuals displaying inappropriate conduct or behavior.
