23-24 CHHS Key Club Member Application
For new members, Key Club dues are $40 and include International and Georgia district dues, a t-shirt, meeting snacks, and your senior cords. For returning members, dues are $25. 

You can pay via Revtrak, or cash/check made payable to CHHS. Please bring dues money to Room G207.
