1.  Booking and Payment

Submitting and signing the Booking Form does not guarantee you a space on the Trip. Your booking is not confirmed until the following are complete:

1. I receive an email from us accepting your booking request we receive your initial or full trip payment;

2. I receive a completed Registration Form.

Once these have been completed, you receive an email confirming your booking. If you fail to complete payment by the date indicated on the invoice or otherwise by us via email or if you fail to complete the Registration Form, you will forfeit your place on the Trip.  

If there are more than 150 calendar days before the Trip start date when we confirm your booking, you will pay for the trip in two payments. We will send you an invoice for an initial payment. The initial payment will be due within 48 hours.

We will send you an invoice for the final payment on 9/15/2026. If you fail to complete the final payment within 48 hours from the date indicated on the invoice, you will forfeit your place on the trip and the entirety of your initial payment.  

If you book after 9/15/2026 we will send you an invoice for the full trip payment and payment will be due within 48 hours. If you fail to complete the payment within 48 hours from the date indicated on the invoice, you will forfeit your place on the Trip. 

Minimum age to sign up for a Trip is 21. Participants 18 and over can sign up for a Trip, if traveling with another adult over the age of 21.
