The Smartalock system has many configuration options. This questionnaire will allow us to build the base system configuration which can then be further fine tuned after further consultation with you prior to handover.

Who can use the Lockers?
By default, Smartalock allows only users which it knows about to be allocated a locker.

This means users need to be created or imported / synced from an external system into Smartalock during commissioning.

The alternative is to allow any end user (known or unknown) to obtain a locker, in which case Smartalock will dynamically create an anoymous account for a user when they get a locker by swiping any card or tapping the Get a Locker button.

Anonymous access cannot prevent a user from obtaining multiple lockers by simply using multiple swipe cards. This mode maybe suitable for certain public places, but not recommended for office use.
