About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive who is eager to build a career in branding and brand management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to learn how brands are built and managed. You will work closely with clients, strategists, designers, and project managers to ensure projects move smoothly while developing the skills required to become a Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities - Client Coordination
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate meetings, collect feedback, and ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication.
- Track approvals and ensure project momentum is maintained.
Project Coordination
- Assist in managing branding, packaging, website, and marketing projects.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure work is delivered on schedule.
- Maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
Brand Understanding
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, products, competitors, and target audiences.
- Support the team in conducting market and competitor research.
- Learn how brand strategy translates into design, communication, and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for brands to improve consistency and effectiveness.
Briefing & Communication
- Prepare clear project briefs for designers, strategists, and content teams.
- Ensure client feedback is translated into actionable inputs for the creative team.
- Coordinate revisions and manage communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help maintain alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
Learning & Brand Management Development
- Participate in strategy discussions, client workshops, and creative reviews.
- Learn branding frameworks, positioning, messaging, and brand architecture.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and brand recommendations.
- Develop the skills required to independently manage brands and client relationships over time.
Reporting & Organization
- Maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays proactively.
- Prepare meeting summaries and action points.
- Ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Skills Required
