Position Purpose
The Head of Partnerships builds and manages strategic relationships with portals, media, law firms, and other partners that refer clients to the agency. The goal is to expand the agency’s network and generate more qualified leads through referral and collaboration programs. Essentially, acting as a Business Development lead focused on external growth channels.
Partnership Development
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with media, portals, law firms, and referral partners.
Develop and maintain referral programs to drive new client leads.
Coordinate partnership agreements, commission structures, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize partnership value and lead flow.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key external stakeholders.
Research and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with business growth goals.
Success indicators
Growth in qualified leads and closed deals generated through partnerships.
Quality and mutual benefit of partnerships (win-win outcomes, ongoing engagement).
Partner satisfaction and retention rates.
Effective tracking, reporting, and optimization of partnership performance.
Positive brand exposure and credibility gained through strategic collaborations.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Khmer and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proficiency in using computer programs such as Google Workspace and Sheet for document creation and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
