Vision Principles - Center Street Station Area
The Midvale Station Area Plan Stakeholder Group met on October 30 and identified the following principles to guide the Center Street Station Area plan. Please indicate your level of agreement with the following statements. 1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree
It’s time to awaken the area and activate it with pedestrian walkways from the surrounding neighborhoods and improve the pedestrian experience across State Street.

The area should be charming – aesthetically pleasing, classic, livable, and pedestrian friendly with an ideal ratio for space specifically designed for humans (as opposed to automobiles) of 40 percent.
