All Golf Club Tee Time Bookings will require you to submit this booking form to secure your reservation, however, if you do require any further information, such as the golf clubs cancellation policies, then please contact Privatus Club HQ on:

teetimebookings@privatusclub.comPrivatus Club will contact the Golf Club and aim to reply with the green fee availability, within 24 hours of you sending us your tee time booking request. Unless otherwise stated, we will assume you wish the play the main/championship course at any venue which has multiple golf courses.
Privatus Club Ltd provide a full 7 day refund policy if any tee time bookings are cancelled within these 7 days but are also still within the golf clubs cancellation period.
However, if you cancel outside the Privatus Club Ltd 7 day cancellation policy but are still within the golf clubs cancellation period, you will receive a full refund from the golf club, less any administration charges incurred by Privatus Club Ltd to process the refund of your booking.
If you cancel both outside the Privatus Club Ltd 7 day cancellation period and are also outside the golf clubs cancellation period, you may incur cancellation charges from the golf club, with any tee time booking refunds or credits being solely at the clubs discretion.
