Gaslight Gathering 9: Fan Table Application
Are you a part of a club, organization, or group that is fandom related?

Are you a convention organizer that would like to get the word out about your upcoming convention?

Fan tables are a great way to let people know what about what you do!

We have a limited number of tables available, so please get your request in EARLY! Requests will be reviewed and filled on a first come, first served basis.

We are looking for tables that will not only give information about who and what they do but will also create a table that will fit in with our theme of Athenaeum to add to the convention experience. Such ways of fitting in with the theme would be Archeology, Theater, Scholarly Knowledge, Movie Making, etc. all in a Steampunk world. We will give an award to the table that has the best set up within the theme.

If your request is accepted you will then be sent a contract and will need to send in your signed agreement no later than February 28, 2019.

Organizations that are accepted will receive:
• One 6 ft table
• 2 chairs
• 4 exhibitor badges
Not included: electricity, internet and other furnishings and, if desired, must be purchased separately.

We look for the following in Fan Group Applications:
• Involvement and positive influence in the Pop Culture Community
• Quality of involvement per Fan member, not simply quantity of Fan members
• Originality of club purpose; and exhibiting ideas and plans that are creative and exciting and that will add to your fellow Fan’s experience in some way
• All Fan Group Booths must be not-for-profit groups

Subletting of booths (selling) is prohibited.
• Selling of any item or service is strictly prohibited by any Fan Group. Selling prohibited items “under the table” is a further violation of the Fan Group Booth agreement and will result in immediate removal of involved group from the convention

Each booth must be staffed by at least one person who represents the group at all times during all hours the show is open. Hours are as follows:
Friday, April 12, 2019 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, April 13, 2019 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, April14, 201910:00 AM – 4:00 PM
