Contest Rules & Regulations

90.5 WESA sometimes conducts contests & giveaways.  Below are our general contest rules.  Rules may be amended to account for dates and times.  

Beginning Friday, Oct. 24, 2014 at 6am through Saturday, Oct. 25 , 2014 at 1pm everyone who donates at wesa.fm/donate will automatically entered to win a $575 Gift Certificate for Oglebay Resort & Conference Center. One winner will be drawn on 10/30/14. Value $575.

No pledge is necessary. To enter without a donation please complete the form below with your name, address and phone number or email. All emails must be received by 1pm on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014.  No donation is necessary.  All entries must be received by the dates and times indicated on air and online. All Membership pledges and non-pledge entries at wesa.fm are valid.   One entry per drawing, per household, please. Duplicate entries disqualifies entrants.  Employees, interns, fellows, newsroom volunteers and contributors of 90.5 WESA Essential Public Media, Inc or WYEP Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting and their families are ineligible.   Prize cannot be substituted for their fair market cash value. If winner declines the prize, no other prize will be offered.   Winners will be randomly drawn from all entries by a station employee by and notified by phone and/or email.   In the event of an unclaimed prize, a new name will be drawn and the winner contacted. Process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.   Odds of winning are based on the number of entries.   Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
