質譜流式細胞儀技術使用高純度的金屬同位素取代傳統的螢光蛋白,嵌合於特異性抗體上,避免螢光蛋白所會遇到的阻礙,同時還能針對單細胞層級進行多參數的分析,除了包含傳統流式細胞儀的高通量分析優點之外,更兼具質譜偵測的高解析能力。
此次研討會將聚焦於CyTOF技術在單細胞水平上的深度分析,探索其在免疫學、癌症研究以及生物醫學中的重要應用。
The CyTOF technology utilizes high-purity metal isotopes instead of traditional fluorescent proteins, conjugated to specific antibodies. This substitution avoids the limitations associated with fluorescent proteins and enables multiparametric analysis at the single-cell level. In addition to the high-throughput capabilities of traditional flow cytometry, CyTOF also offers high-resolution capabilities with mass spectrometry detection.
This seminar will focus on the in-depth analysis of CyTOF technology at the single-cell level, exploring its significant applications in immunology, cancer research, and biomedical sciences.
