Warli Art Workshop (Ages 10 & Up)

Discover the beauty of Warli Art, one of India's oldest and most celebrated folk art traditions. Originating from the Warli tribe of Maharashtra, this unique art form uses simple geometric shapes and patterns to tell stories of daily life, nature, festivals, and community.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about the history and cultural significance of Warli Art
  • Explore traditional Warli symbols and motifs
  • Practice basic Warli drawing techniques
  • Create their own Warli-inspired artwork to take home

No prior art experience is necessary. This workshop is designed for beginners. All materials will be provided.

Please note that workshop space is limited and materials are purchased in advance.

Registration is confirmed only after both the registration form and payment have been received. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Sanskriti LLC. If Sanskriti LLC cancels the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund.
