Drama club is  open to students in Grades 3 to 5. To apply for this club, please complete and submit this form by September 8th . No late applications will be accepted after this deadline.

This application serves as a permission form for your child to participate in this club. By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to allow your child to participate in this club. The club will meet from 7:55-8:25 am on the following dates : 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/28, and 12/5.

Please note that this club has a maximum capacity of 25 students. Students will be chosen randomly should there be more than 25 students that apply. Club sponsors will notify you via email of acceptance and any additional club information. Upon acceptance into the club, it is very important that your child attend club sessions.
