2019 AZSF Field Trip Registration
Thank you for your interest in the Arizona State Fair Field Trip program! In addition to the usual carnival fare, we are proud to provide educational opportunities to public, private, charter, and home school groups. This year's Field Trip program promises to be the best ever and we invite your group to have FUN learning at the Fair!

The Arizona State Fair will be open to Field Trips on either a Thursday or Friday, Oct 10-11, Oct 17-18, or Oct 24.

The Arizona State Fair Field Trip package includes:
1) Free Admission to the Fair
2) Interactive Curriculum (available for K through 3rd Grade)

2019 Field Trip Dates: October 10-11, October 17-18, and October 24.

1) All adult chaperones get Free Admission to the AZSF when entering with their respective group. ALL adult chaperones MUST check in and enter the gate as part of their field trip group for Free Admission. Chaperones entering the gate separate from their field trip group are required to purchase an admission ticket ($10/person).

2) You are encouraged to carpool if not arriving in buses. ALL cars and vans will be charged a per vehicle parking fee on all Field Trip days. Parking is available on the Main Lot. Discount Lot parking will be available starting at 10:00 am in the 20th Avenue Lot (located at the SW corner of 19th Ave & Encanto). ADA parking is available in both the Main Lot and Discount 20th Ave Lot.

The Field Trip is FREE and participating is as easy as A-B-C and Steps 1-2-3 listed below!

1) Register - Submit the following registration form to enroll in the AZSF Field Trip Program electronically. Registration MUST be received no later than October 1 to be considered. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

2) Confirm - A confirmation letter with will be emailed after registration is confirmed. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your request to be processed. Prior to your confirmed date, a reminder will be emailed with check-in details.

3) Arrive - All Field Trip groups MUST check in at the designated gate between 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Field Trip groups are required to present their confirmation email to collect their packet and gain free admission to the Fair. Adult chaperones entering separate from their group will be required to purchase an admission ticket ($10/ticket). Field Trip groups MUST check-in and enter prior to 11:30 am. No check-in will be allowed after 11:30 am (even if group is pre-registered).

**You will need to bring the email confirmation you receive after your registration is accepted with you on the date of your field trip for check-in.**
