This sign-up form is for participants who wish to have a decorated tent and pass out candy at the Halloween event.
Thank you for your interest in participating in the City of Central Falls Parks & Recreation Department’s Halloween event! This sign up form is for those who would like to host a table with a Halloween themed decorated tent (And, by “tent” we mean pop up canopy.) and hand out candy. Participants may arrive anytime between 1pm and 5pm to set up. Please note that the event will begin promptly at 6pm.
‼️Important to note:
- In the event of rain, we will move to our rain location, inside of the Club Madeirense, 46 Madeira Ave, Central Falls, RI 02863 but due to limited space, we will not be operating as a "tent or treat" and can no longer accommodate your table and tent set up. If this change happens, you will be notified the day prior by Mavy Pineda.
- You must bring your own tables, tent, decoration materials, and candy!
- Register by October 24th to confirm your attendance.
