I-House DC is home to University students, interns, and visiting scholars from over 70 countries. The Residents—mostly in their 20s and 30s—are pursuing advanced studies and professional work in Washington, DC. The Visiting Fellow in Residence will participate in shared meals, engage in discussions, and help cultivate a vibrant intercultural community in our historic Dupont Circle residence.

We invite alumni, scholars, professionals, and leaders who value intercultural shared living and who will share meaningful perspectives with our Residents. Visiting Fellows will be selected based on their potential to actively enrich the community. . Please note that this is not a program intended for personal visitors or friends of current Residents or staff seeking short-term accommodation. Applicants should demonstrate a genuine commitment to making a meaningful contribution to the community experience.
