International Student Appointment Request Form
Please complete the form below to request an appointment with your partnership liaison. Appointments are offered Monday thru Friday between 10:30 am-4pm.

**Appointments scheduled can be available  via Phone, Google Meet or In Person. **

We require that you request your appointment at least 2 business days in advance. Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 business hours and will include your date and time. Same day appointments are NOT available. 

*College is closed on December 24 through January 1st for Holiday.
*No appointments available from December 12th through January 6th due to staff availability.
