The Leadership Plus Workshops address the leadership priorities that NPQs do not, including developing self as a school leader, the practical use of AI for school improvement and much more! It provides an opportunity, although not exclusively for current or past participants of the NPQ Leadership programmes to apply the theory of their learning about implementation and change management to tangible, real-rime priorities within their own school or trust context.
For those having completed or about the complete the summative NPQ Case Study assessment based on a fictional scenario, the Leadership Plus Workshops will provide senior leaders the professional headspace, coaching and network to align their real time school practices through the EEF implementation cycle. It will provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to successfully implement evidence-informed practices in their schools. By combining expert input, collaborative learning, and school-based application, the Leadership Plus will empower participants to drive meaningful and sustainable change in their contexts.
In the Leadership Plus workshops you will be supported to work through the cycle, aligning your contextual situation to the theory and measure tangible impact on children and young people and end it a LeaderMeet/Poster conference to share fabulous work in their own schools/Trust and magpie that from others.
Join us for a series of sessions designed to signpost, frame and challenge you as you embark on your school/academy development priorities. All sessions hosted at Winterhill School, High Street, Kimberworth, Rotherham, S61 2BD (just off Junction 34 M1)
