The meet request form for all other meets (Invitationals, Mini Meets, Scored Performance(s), Showcase, Dual-Tri-Quad Meet, and Sections) will open on
May 18, 2026.

Scheduling Policies before submitting your requests:
- Conference meets at Metro schools (within the Metro Athletic Directors Officials Fees Committee) should be scheduled for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, if possible. First priority will be given to metro meets on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Conference meets at Outstate schools (NOT within the Metro Athletic Directors Officials Fees Committee) should be scheduled for Thursday or Friday evenings. First priority will be given to outstate meets on Thursdays and Fridays.
- Meets at Metro schools on weeknights should not begin prior to 6:00 pm. Meets at Outstate schools on weeknights should not begin prior to 6:30 pm.
- All weeknight meets with MORE THAN 25 routines require a dual-sided event with two panels of officials. - Saturday meets require a minimum of 20 routines.
- Any Saturday meet with over 40 routines will be encouraged to run a dual-sided event with two panels of officials.
- Any meet that schedules a break in the day that is 60 consecutive minutes or longer will be billed as two separate meets.
To request officials, please provide as much of the following information as possible. It is important to have an accurate number of routines expected for us to provide officials at several meets on any particular date.
As requests are approved, we will update our Scheduled Meets page. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates as we review scheduling logistics.
If the date you requested is already at capacity or if there are any concerns, we will contact you.

e will reach out to confirm meet details (start time, number of routines). 4 weeks prior to your event w
e will send a roster of officials. The period to request officials for Conference Meets & Championships is May 11, 2026 thru August 31, 2026.
CONFERENCE MEET & CHAMPIONSHIP PRIORITY WILL END MAY 17, 2026. A fee of $50 will be charged
for meet requests submitted after August 31, 2026. A fee of $50 will be charged for m
eets/panels cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to the event.
