Port City Daily, WHQR and WECT are hosting two candidates town halls at Cape Fear Community College's Union Station auditorium in October. Candidates for Carolina and Kure Beach municipalities will be featured on Oct. 17,  followed by Wilmington City Council candidates on Oct. 23. The forums begin at 6:30 p.m.
