Skinny Improv 101 is more than just a fun class for all experience levels. It’s about more than improving your creative thinking, problem solving, and spontaneity. It’s way more than a place to build public speaking and social skills.

This is Skinny Improv 101- and it’s more than an ordinary improv class. The Skinny Improv launched the comedy scene in Springfield, and our specific methods and philosophies can’t be found anywhere else. It doesn’t matter if you want to be an actor- just that you want to grow and have fun.

Sketch Comedy Writing 101 Description/Info

Sketch Comedy Writing 101 will give you everything you need to write great sketches. You will learn professional comedy tools, terminology, and methods for writing and brainstorming.

Not only will you get a solid foundation in comedy writing- you'll also get extensive personal feedback, as well as an opportunity to participate in "table reads" to refine and test your material.

You won't find these methods or skills being taught anywhere else in Southwest Missouri. Will this be the opportunity you need to become a great comedy writer?
