Plymouth Whitemarsh Ice Hockey Registration 2026-2027
Eligibility:

High School (grades 9 - 12): Students attending Plymouth Whitemarsh High School (PWHS)

Middle School (grades 5 - 8): Students attending Colonial Middle School, Colonial Elementary School (CMS or CES) or St. Philip Neri.

Please send non-refundable $125 registration fee upon completion of this google form via Venmo (preferred payment method, link below) or send check made payable to "Plymouth Whitemarsh HS Hockey" and mail to Plymouth Whitemarsh HS Hockey P.O. Box 737, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.

Please Note:
1. No player will be rostered to a team until the full deposit fee is received. No Exceptions.
2. All Payments received are non-refundable.
3. If eligible and you opt for Early Registration Incentive Discount Option below, your required Registration fee will be reduced by that amount.
4. Any other credits/discounts will be applied to the final payment due unless balance is paid in full before the January installment.
5. Middle School Bus Transportation - If your child will be utilizing the one way bus transportation provided by the Club, a transportation deposit of $150 MUST be received by September 1, 2026. Any additional money owed for transportation will be due by February 1, 2027.

2025-26 Season Tuition, including registration fee:
Player $1175.00
Goalie $585.00

Plymouth Township residents may receive a discount, if grant funding comes through from Plymouth Township Park & Recreation Department. Information will be shared once it is available.

Multi-player discount: $50 off total family registration

- (5) Monthly installments for season tuition will be due on the 1st of September, October, November, December, and January
- If the monthly installment option is selected, a late fee of $20 will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month in which the payment is due.  Payment and late fee MUST be received prior to allowing the player to return to play.  
- Any club discounts will be calculated and applied to your final payment.
- If you pay in full prior to the start of the season (payment received by September 1st), you will receive a $50 discount.
- Jerseys, Shell and Socks Not included in registration fee, if needed.

USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENT

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2026-2027 Season.  Your USA Hockey number is required to complete this form, please complete these steps FIRST:

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
