Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Soda Specialists. In this role, you’ll be the face of Fizz Fusion, helping customers select, customize, and enjoy their perfect drink. You'll also contribute to maintaining the vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with menu selections, offering suggestions based on their preferences.

Prepare and serve a variety of customizable sparkling drinks.

Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and upbeat manner.

Operate POS systems to handle transactions quickly and accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking supplies.

Promote Fizz Fusion’s seasonal specials and loyalty programs.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during shifts.

Participate in team meetings and offer feedback to improve services and processes.

Develop and contribute content for Instagram

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in customer service, is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Basic math skills for cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.

Ability to take direction and respond positively to constructive criticism.

Requirements:

Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation

Payment is calculated using a tip-based credit model. 

*A tip-based credit model is a payment structure where employees earn a portion of their base wage from customer credit card tips. 

*Guaranteed base pay of $12.41/Hour :No matter how tips fluctuate, you’re always guaranteed to make at least $12.41 per hour. If tips fall short, we’ll make up the difference so that you never earn less than $12.41/hour.

*Keep All Extra Tips: If your tips exceed $12.41/hour, you keep every dollar you’ve earned! 

*Cash tips are always given out to employee at the end of each shift.
