Are you certified to drive UW Madison Fleet Vehicles through the Hoofer Outing Club? *
I understand that due to the rules of UW Madison Fleet Vehicle usage, a certain number of trip participants must be certified to drive UW Madison Fleet Vehicles for a safe trip. Knowing this, I understand that participant sign up priority will be given to those who are fleet certified. *
The order of signup priority will be given to: 1. those who are certified to drive UW-Madison Fleet Vehicles, 2. those who have not been on a Hoofers BP4 trip before, and 3. those who have paid the trip deposit in full, in that order. Trip deposit payment will start to be accepted Wednesday 2/20 at 7:00 pm *
Do you have any of the following wildnerness medicine certifications? Not required, but good information to know.
Can you pay the trip deposit of $270 *
The Trip Deposit is non-refundable unless another HOC member from the waitlist or elsewhere takes your spot. If no such person can be found, a partial refund will be given of left over trip funds at the end of the trip. *
Do you have any allergies or dietary restrictions? If yes, please explain. *

Expectations of Good Expedition Behavior
A big trip like this is a huge privilege to go on and we're super excited! However, it is expected that each group member contributes to the work associated with a trip like this. This would include help doing the dishes, packing the gear/cars, helping with cooking, picking up garbage, being an active participant in group decisions etc. What's also important is having a good attitude and being flexible. For example, if a hike gets long or a car ride gets long or if weather doesn't co-operate with us or if something goes wrong, etc...... a good attitude and those positive vibes will make the trip more enjoyable for both you and the people you are with.
I understand, for the success of the trip, that I should impart excellent expedition behavior as described above. *
Depending on your classes/other obligations on Friday 03/15, what would be the earliest time you could leave? Preferably it would be before 2 pm, but if not, we may be able to work something out. *
