お子様が初めてたんぽぽクラブご利用になる場合は、事前に園の見学（15分程度）にお越しいただき、CA州の認定を受けるための資料をお受け取りいただく必要がございます。
保育当日、必要事項をご記入の上、書類をご持参ください。　
保育費につきましては当日、Venmo,Zelle,現金、チェックにてお支払いください。

・キャンセルは２日前より100％のキャンセル料が発生致しますのでご注意下さい。
・返金等致しかねますことをご了承下さい。
・お席には限りがありますのでお早めにお申し込み下さい。
・イベントや予定は、予告なしに変わることがありますことご了承下さい。

免責事項-
保育中、保育前後の参加者の事故、ケガ、疾病、トラブルに関しましては、当方では一切その責任を負いかねます。
パーキングにおいての事故や盗難などのトラブル、貴重品・手荷物などの盗難、紛失については当方では責任を負いません。
天災・火災・地震・その他の不可抗力により生じた損害に対しては、当方ではその責任を負いません。

肖像権使用許可
では、インターネット上SNS内等で活動の情報を発信しています。
こちらを通し、教育活動について、より理解を深めていただけると考えています。
当イベントにて撮影された写真または動画は、SNS等で使用させていただくことがございます。
写真・動画の掲載にあたっては、次の事項に関して十分注意をします。
 ① 個人名は明記しない。 ② 不快な印象を与える恐れのある写真・動画は使用しない。
（肖像権使用許可について同意をいただけない場合は、大変恐れ入りますがご一報お知らせください。）

If this is your child's first visit to Tampopoclub Daycare, we ask that you come to Tampopoclub Daycare in advance for a tour (about 15 minutes) and receive the materials to submit for CA state certification. 

Please fill out the form and bring the materials with you on the day of drop-off.　

Child care fees will be paid via Venmo,Zelle, Cash, Check.
The fee is due on the day of the first day.

・100% cancellation fee if you cancel 2 days prior to the attendance.
・The fee is not refundable.
・Please understand the spots are limited.
・The events and schedule may change without notice.

Permission to use portrait rights-
We disseminate information about our activities online, on SNS, etc.
We believe this will help deepen your understanding of our educational activities.
Photos or videos taken at this event may be used on social media, etc.
When posting photos and videos, please consider the following points.
 ① Do not specify the individual's name. ② Do not use photos or videos that may give an unpleasant impression.

We strive to manage and use the personal information we receive appropriately and safely and will never provide personal data to third parties.

お迎え時間を過ぎる場合は、1分につき$1のレイトチャージ が発生いたします。
もしお迎えが遅れそうな場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。

•Extended Care
If pick-up is delayed past the scheduled time, a late charge of $1 per minute will be applied.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.
 
 Cancellation and shortened hours
Cancellation with less than 3days notice: No charge
Cancellation after 2days: full fee will be charged.
 
What to bring　
Drink (water, tea),
A change of clothes (all participants need the above), plastic bags for stains, and dinner (fruit).
Diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.
Please sign all of the above.
 
 Other
Please be aware that there is a possibility of emergency calls such as injury or illness while your child is in our care. Please make sure to be available to answer the phone.
*We are working hard to prevent new coronavirus infection. We are more carefully checking the health of children, families, and staff than usual. Please understand that we may ask about your family's health condition, etc. if necessary.

If you are late picking up your child, you will be charged for the extra time.
If you are going to be absent on a scheduled day, please notify us as soon as you know.
We do not accept pick-up from anyone who does not have the necessary paperwork.
Medication cannot be given.
Please bring clothes that are easy to put on and take off. Please bring pajamas if you wish.
