AMP Mentee Application
The Astronomy Mentorship Program (AMP) is a valuable resource open to undergraduates within the astronomy department at UT. Through the help of upperclassmen peer mentors, astronomy undergraduates can receive assistance in navigating their degree plan, classes, research in the department, career paths in astronomy, and other general advice throughout their time at UT.

In addition, another great mentoring resource in the astronomy department is GUMMY! GUMMY partners you with a graduate student in the astronomy department, who can help you navigate (among other things) research, opportunities, and graduate school. Please keep an eye out for their application as well if this interests you.

If you would like to become a mentee for AMP, please fill out the form below! This form will close on Monday, September 18 at 11:59 PM. If you have any questions, please email utexas.amp@gmail.com.

Please note that all applicants must be an astronomy major.
