Staff Shooters:  
Archers will receive a discount of 30% off any archery or apparel products.  A discount can be given for feeder lights but please contact us for details if you are interested.   The terms for all team members are from December 2020 to December 2021.  

Expectations:
We are a small family-owned company producing archery products made in the USA.  Archers need to attend as many shoots or events as possible and be available to answer questions about the products.  You should be an active sportsperson and enthusiastic about our company and our product offerings.

A minimum of 2 social media plugs and 1 shared post monthly on Facebook, Instagram or both tagging @clearshotoutdoors and including our website clearshotoutdoors.com is required.  Videos and product demonstrations are encouraged and will count as one month's total post.  Clearshot Outdoors will also share appropriate posts of yours whenever possible.  

Staffers are encouraged to submit a product review(s) on the products they use within 3 months of receiving the product.  This helps others with the decision if they are on the fence.  

We expect all team members to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.  Profanity and other negative comments are not acceptable and not wanted.  Good luck, enjoy and remember to aim small, miss small.
