This form is to provide suggestions to the Commission-approved forms that are created and approved by the Real Estate Commission for real estate brokers to use in their representation of consumers.  The suggestion form is not to seek legal guidance on how to complete different real estate contract forms or deeds.  If you need assistance with completing a form, please contact your employing broker or an attorney.  The Division of Real Estate cannot provide you with practice guidance or legal advice.
