PATC-MS Trip Participant Form
  • Thank you for your interest in joining our trip! Please provide the following information via the form below, and the Volunteer Trip Leader will notify all who expressed interest. As there are not enough spots as there are interested participants, there will be a waitlist for any cancellations. Unless otherwise specified, trips are not intended to be instructional and by coming on this trip you are confident in your ability to climb.

Note that the information that you provide in the form will help the Volunteer Trip Leader to best understand the skill and experience level of the participants on the trip so that it is a positive experience for all involved.

All trip participants are expected to:
- Follow best practices in climbing
- Notify the Volunteer Trip Leader asap in case of cancellation for any reason
- Create a respectful and welcoming environment 
- Understand that this is not a technical instruction or professional guide service
- Have a backup belay on their first climb per indications of Volunteer Trip Leader
