Coverage: Sequential emergency response management to earthquake by line managers from start of felt earthquake up to time of reaching Emergency Assembly and Evacuation Area.
Intended Learners: Line managers and assistant line managers
Line managers are heads of business units like offices, divisions, departments, sections, etc.
Scenario: Zamboanga City Medical Center; line managers are duty (physically present) in ZCMC; line managers are still in buildings of ZCMC
Learning Objectives
At the end of the exercise, a line manager of ZCMC must be able to know: 1) how to respond initially after a felt earthquake in ZCMC; 2) how to protect self; 3) importance of protecting self first; 4) how to protect others (personnel, patients and guests);  5) the indications for commanding evacuation of his personnel, patients, and guests; 6) the emergency assembly and evacuation areas to go to; 7) what to do before evacuation; and 8) what to do during the evacuation proper.
