REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- If cancellation 7-days before camp starts, no refund will be given.
- If there are less than 3 kids registered for the week, the week will be cancelled and full refund will be given. Notice will be given no later than one week before camp begins

I, the undersigned Parent/Guardian of the above-named Participant, acknowledge that participation in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Strength and Conditioning and Mobility classes involves physical contact and carries inherent risks of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to: sprains, strains, bruises, fractures and other serious injuries.

I understand these risks and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation in this summer camp.

I, on behalf of myself, my child, my heirs, executors and assigns, release and discharge Tempo Jiu Jitsu and Limitless Hong Kong, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors and the venue from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my child's participation in this tournament.

I authorize the designated medical personnel at the summer camp to administer first aid or emergency medical treatment to my child as necessary, and I understand that I will be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

*Photo/Video Release*

I grant Tempo Jiu Jitsu and Limitless Hong Kong permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
