La Ley de Protección de Datos nos obliga a disponer del consentimiento de los participantes para publicar las fotos que nos envían en las posibles publicaciones y actividades que realicemos en el Buddy Program.
Los derechos de autor/a de las fotografías presentadas serán de propiedad de los participantes. La Universidad de Málaga podrá utilizarlas sin limitación de tiempo o lugar en actividades, exposiciones, catálogos, así como cualquier trabajo que considere sin la posibilidad de cederlos a terceros, reconociendo y mencionando la autoría junto a las fotografías.

The Data Protection Law obliges us to have the consent of the participants to publish the photos you send us in the possible publications and activities that we carry out in the Buddy Program.
The copyright of submitted photos will be owned by the participants. The University of Malaga can use them without limitation of time or place in activities, exhibitions, catalogs, as well as any work that considers without the possibility of assigning them to third parties, recognizing and mentioning the authorship with the photographs.
