HOW-TO FESTIVAL PROPOSAL 2018: WEST HARTFORD LIBRARY
West Hartford’s How-To Festival http://bit.ly/howto24march2018 is Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at the Noah Webster Library, 20 South Main Street, in West Hartford Town Center.

Over 2,000 people are expected to attend this community event, featuring over 50 local experts, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professionals sharing their particular passions with others. Presentations will be repeated for a changing audience.

Please answer the questions below. West Hartford residency is not required to submit. This form is an application only – a committee will review and decide which specific proposals will be accepted.
