King County 2-1-1 Database Outreach
Crisis Connections is dedicated to offering King County residents with comprehensive, accurate information about local nonprofit health and human services.

Our community resources database provides detailed information on over 6,000 programs, and is regarded as the most complete source for referral information in the region. The database is used by our phone workers on the 2-1-1 Community Information Line, Recovery Help Line, the Crisis Line, and Teen Link. Our phone workers assist over 200,000 callers annually, and the free online version of our database is used by countless additional Washington state residents.

Crisis Connections is an accredited member of Inform USA. As a member agency, we are committed to ensuring that our database reflects current free, low-cost and unique resources available to our community. We frequently add new resources to our database, and we list agencies at no cost.

As an Inform USA member, Crisis Connections is also required to follow a few strict database inclusion and exclusion criteria; details are available upon request. Every new agency interested in being listed with us completes our standardized application form, which we review by committee. We then follow up with each applicant about their agency’s eligibility. Those agencies that we add to our database are expected to help us keep their information current, by responding to update requests at least once per year. In the interest of best serving the community, Crisis Connections also reserves the right to remove agencies from our database.
