Saskatoon Scholastic Chess Tournament Registration Form            
Location: University Of Saskatchewan – Room 101,  Arts & Science Building, 9 Campus Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7N 5A5
Please be aware that we will use a side door (Campus Drive / Elders Cr) of the building on Campus drive, please refer to the attached map & picture to locate the small door. There is a 10 min dropping spot in front of the door.

Duration: March 17th, 2019 (Sunday)  09:30 - 16:30
Check in and fee payment at 9:30 am, tournament starts at 10:00 am

Please fill in a separate form for each participant.
