- Current and potential users (companies) of blockchain technology in supply chain;
- CEO / vice-president, directors, managers in Purchasing, Procurement, Production, Transport & Logistics & SCM, Sales & marketing, Information System, R&D of these companies.
If you are not part of the target population of this survey, we would be grateful if you could transfer it to colleagues in your company who are part of it.

The objective of this survey is to explore different technological, organizational and environmental factors that may influence the intention of firms to adopt Blockchain Technology in supply chain.
