I WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS, DEFEND, AND INDEMNIFY

U.S. Biathlon Association (as defined above) FROM ANY CLAIMS, present or future, to me or my property, or to any other person or property, for any loss,

damage, expense, or injury (including death), suffered by any person from or in connection with my participation in the laser rifle, air rifle, & .22 caliber Biathlon rifle Try-it in which I am involved, due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE and /or breach of express or implied warranty on the part of U.S. Biathlon Association. I assume all risk for my participation in Biathlon Try-It Events.
