(1) 🌸HOW TO COMMISSION ME, AND PAYMENTS:

► I try to open for monthly commissions, keep an eye out for openings or special deals!
► I do not suggest using any form of social media/messenger type sites for commissions for multiple safety reasons. I strongly prefer art sites like; FurAffinity, DeviantART or. If you don't have an account on these, I would recommend using E-mail.
► You may of course ask me to get into my commission queue, however there's a chance that I will decline your offer for any reason. This all depends on my artistic abilities and spare time. I don't do commissions for a living quite yet, so this is only a hobby for now.
Therefore, I can't push myself to take on commissions I'm not comfortable with or do not have time for, so it's nowhere meant to be personal towards you or your commission request at all, so keep that in mind.
► If I agree to your commission, I need you to fill in the commission form (you find further down) carefully. I like to keep the commission info in one message so that it's easier for me to keep track of the details needed. If you happen to make mistakes on the form, you can always re-send a new and improved one.
► I use PayPal only for my commissions and will therefore not accept any other payment sites/apps. (Unless you're Norwegian and can use Vipps).
► For payment, I will send you an invoice or money request on PayPal.





(2) 🌸WORK IN PROGRESS, AND HOW I WORK:

► When you are commissioning me, please +Watch/Follow me on where you found me so you can see the public updates that I post, it's very important.
► After payment is sent, you will be put into my queue which I have provided in another google docs page (you will be sent it after agreeing to your comm), and can be displayed any time. Your username, commission theme and progress will be added.
Upon special request, if you wish to be anonymous or keep your commission unnamed, I can of course do that for you.
► When I have a WIP rough sketch ready, I send a sta.sh link with it to you and then I await your reply of approval. Please check your Notes/E-mails often to see if you get an update from me! If you aren't pleased with what I send you, I would like you to let me know what to change or add so that I can fix any mistake for you.
► If all well, I continue on your sketch and will then send you another WIP, and this time it will be the lineart. You can ask me to fix and modify it to an extent, but not fully like the rough sketch. So, a WIP will be sent for each step I do.
**Bitten is wearing a mitten!
► It's your responsibility to help me get the commission for you right, so therefore I need you to be clear on what you want, so that we can avoid complications during the work.
► I do prioritize my commissions over any other form of art/activities, however, some times I will have to keep my style steady as well as my artistic float going. Therefore I will have to take some time on personal art. So don't freak out if you see me draw some peronal art pieces, it's only to make it easier to come back to your commission afterwards.
► I am most comfortable working in peace, so I would ask you nicely to refrain from asking for updates way too often. Of course you are entitled to ask for any update you'd like, but please respect my artistic space. I don't work well during pressure, and in worst case it will only make me rush your commission which can give out a very bad result.
I want my art to be appealing to you - the commissioner, the public and to myself, and I want to be 100% comfortable working on it. (more info about this certain stuff below).
► I accept free small edits when the commission is still at the sketch, lineart or flat color stage. If you ask for bigger edits when I am past the lineart stage, it will cost you an extra $5. I will be charging you extra for every new edit, but I don't accept more than 3 "large" edits.


(3) 🌸TIME TAKEN ON ART:

► I don't have any specific turnaround time, because it varies on how much time I can spend on drawing, as well as my artistic ability. Therefore I can't promise a strict deadline, however, I won't keep you waiting for more than 2-3 months (rare). This depends on my queue and waiting list. I try to open monthly, so the list might get longer.  If you have been waiting for over 2-3 months with no updates on my queue or individual, you have the full right to poke me about it, and we can figure out how to fix it.
Chances are that I forget about it as I have bad memory, but having a consistent queue helps me keep track much better.
► My speed depends highly on what said above. If my queue is big, then you can expect that it takes longer to get around to your spot. If it says that I haven't started yet on your commission, I naturally don't have any updates for you yet. All of this will be visible in my queue that I will send you, so be sure to check it often.
► As I don't do commissions for a living quite yet, I don't have a consistant work schedule, though I am working on it. For now I only draw when my artistic mood and ability lets me, keep this in mind!
► I also suffer from ADD, Anxiety and Depression which can really affect my work. Not that I want to blame anything on my mental health, but it's important for me to give out information like this, as it is affecting my work ability and replies to messages.
► It does vary for me to finish commissions, it all depends on what said above. But you are more than welcome to ask for updates, if you feel like I haven't given you enough info. I want the best for my commissioners! But, don't rush your artist. That is a very important thing to remember.
It's better to ask for updates if you feel like it's been a while for whatever reason, than constantly asking if it's finished. If you do this, I'm afraid I will have to block you from future commissions.



(4) 🌸REFUNDS:

► If your commission is not yet started on, and if you need to cancel the commission, you will get a full refund of the payment.
► If your commission is started and is past the level of you approving the sketch, and you cancel, you will get a refund on half of the payment.
► If your commission is nearly or fully finished, I will not give you a refund, as I've worked too hard for zero payment.
► Cases may occur that I'm not able to work on your commission for different reasons, and have to cancel it, I will give you the full refund, but also a chance to ask for another commission if interested.



(5) 🌸WHAT I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT DRAW:

► Disrespectful, offensive and violent work (such as: rape, violence, drug use, child/cub nsfw, harassment etc.
► Extraordinary fetishes/interests (such as watersports, scat, diaper play, vore, extreme hyper, overly obese, vomit, extreme muscles, extreme body parts, etc.
► Official Licensed characters.
(You are always welcome to ask on this subject if you are unsure about something).

✸ WHAT I AM CURRENTLY UNCOMFORTABLE DRAWING:
Here is a list over things I'm currently uncomfortable drawing, but can be improved over time.
- Species such as: Avian (any type of bird or beaked creature), bugs, humanoids, some fantasy creatures (ask).
- More than 2 characters per piece.
- Too specified or complicated poses, angles and scenes.
- Very detailed backgrounds along with buildings, nature, cars or other transport, etc.

(6) 🌸COMMISSIONS WITH MY CHARACTERS:

► You can ask for commissions including my own characters, but it will still be at the price of any other extra character.
► I'm not very comfortable with nsfw art of my characters, I am taken as of now and I would like to be respective.
► You can also commission me to draw my own characters in your idea, but you will still have to keep in mind what's said above. However, you may ask if unsure!



(7) 🌸FINISHED PRODUCT/POSTING:

► When your commission is finally completed, you will receive a link to a sta.sh file with your commission in HQ.
► You have all right to use your commission as personal use, however you are not allowed to remove my signature on it.
► You may ask me to watermark the piece for protection against potentionally thieves, so let me know!
► There's a chance I might not post your commission to my gallery for any reason. I only post what I feel comfortable with, and want to show as examples.
This is nowhere meant for you to feel bad. I have a very various style and I sometimes do not feel happy about my work. So please remember this. Whatever I post or don't post in my gallery is up to me, and me myself.
What's important here, is that you, the commissioner get your finished piece that you've paid for. You don't pay for me to post it in my gallery!


(8) 🌸 REGARDING YCH RULES/INFORMATION:
► When I hold a YCH, and I have the Autobuy available, the autobought piece will be fully shaded with background. (unless stated otherwise).
► If the bidder withdraws their bid in any type of way/reason, I will automatically place the user in my blacklist. (this does not concern special reasons why you can't keep the bid, but I will need a full explanation for that).
► The YCHes I post always include their own rules, but most of the rules I have here in my TOS, applies there as well.
