Thank you for joining a Stars Alive 2018 Summer Camp!

There are THREE camps available. Camps 1 & 2 are in Austin and Camp 3 is in Boulder, CO.

Please complete this is QUICK form to hold a spot for your child(ren) ages 9-14, in one of our 2018 Camps. You may use one submission for multiple children.

After you have completed this form, please SUBMIT PAYMENT via PAYPAL to chantel@starsalivemusic.com.  If you would prefer to send a check please email chantel@starsalivemusic.com for the address.  Enrollment is NOT confirmed until payment is received.

Once payment is received we will send an email with a receipt and the official Welcome Packet (additional forms will be included in this email).
