Fee: $475 per team

(If paid by April 1: $465 if 2 teams; $455 if 3 teams; $445 if 4+ teams)

Three games per team guaranteed (weather permitting)

1st & 2nd place receive team and player trophies

Team Level: Community-based level teams only. Players (with limited exceptions) should be

from the same community or school district. Teams need to meet the above-

mentioned criteria and must send verification. No all-star teams or AAA teams are allowed.

Entry Deadline:  Registrations due by May 1, 2025 Limited space is available in each division.

Insurance certificate required. Rosters and Insurance may be submitted by email.
