REQUIREMENTS FOR FUNDING:
-- Funds are only available to SCAVMA chapters at accredited veterinary schools
-- Complete the following form (reviewed by the SAVMA Global and Public Health Officer). Please review the entire application before you begin so that you have all of the required information.
-- You may be asked to submit a follow-up event report form and photos after the completion of the event if the event (access the form here: http://bit.ly/SAVMAonehealthEventReportForm; event photos should be submitted to email@example.com). This requirement may be waived if a complete report is submitted in conjunction with your school's start-up funding report.
-- Please understand the funding provided may not be used for providing food, so as we may make the best use of our funding and it contribute directly to the promotion of One Health.
-- Funding must be used during the current funding cycle (between each annual spring SAVMA Symposia). All events and reports must be completed before the annual spring Symposium, or by the end of the school year for late Spring events.
-- grant applications for programs occurring during the upcoming Fall semester must be submitted by April 25th.
-- grant applications for programs occurring during the upcoming Spring semester or Summer must be submitted by December 1.
