Chocolate: el sabor del deseo
An invitation to look deeper into the soul of a plant.

Tempering chocolate, indulging in degustation, reviving Maya legends, and unveiling the mysteries of all creatures, big and small, involved in the co-evolution of 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘰𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘢 𝘤𝘢𝘤𝘢𝘰.

We will trace connections and see the lines that celebrate the flavor of desire for the food of the Gods.

Through a political, historical, socioeconomic and culinary art approach, Elena Chavarría braids together cosmic ideas, conversations with chocolatiers and day-to-day delights from her own experience as a cook.
