We will trace connections and see the lines that celebrate the flavor of desire for the food of the Gods.
Through a political, historical, socioeconomic and culinary art approach, Elena Chavarría braids together cosmic ideas, conversations with chocolatiers and day-to-day delights from her own experience as a cook.
Join us for a series of three workshops:
March 5 - The History of Cacao (Adult workshop)
March 6 - The Magic of Cacao (Adult workshop)
March 12 - Food of the Gods (Family workshop; supervised children)
All sessions will be held at the Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center, from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
