Please fill out a separate form for each child who is interested in joining the ICI Mountain Bike Club this Fall (2023). We will need to cap the number of students in the club based on the number of volunteer coaches and parents available to assist. Please complete this form as soon as possible because first students to be registered will get the available spots. All others will be on a waitlist. Thank you.

What is the student's skill level on a mountain bike? (All students in the MTB club need to know how to ride a bike.) *

Beginner- can ride on pavement, not much experience off road

Beginner Plus- some trail riding experience, need to build skill

Intermediate- rides local green/blue trails

Advanced- rides blue trails in all local areas

Does your child have a safe and operational bike? (For example, the tires need to have air, the chain needs to be lubed, end caps need to be on the end of the handle bars and brakes should be operational. If you need assistance or have questions regarding this requirement, please let us know. (We have a few loaners bikes for middle school riders, if needed). *
