Hospitality Greeter: Warmly welcome attendees, offer assistance, and provide a friendly face at the entrance.

Hospitality Service: Prepare coffee & water; plate & set out snacks, and clean up the kitchen.

Usher: Hand out bulletins, assist with offering collection, serve as parking attendants for large services, and help with seating as needed. Assist in arranging and preparing the worship space to ensure a welcoming environment.

A/V Support: Support Audio/Visual aspects of worship. Control the House Mixer, advance PowerPoint slides, live stream audio, and/or live stream camera & slides (training provided).

Music

Playing an instrument: Contribute your musical talents to enhance the worship experience.

Singing: Join the choir and/or lead the congregation in song.

Decorating

Banners: Design, create, and/or hang banners.

Interior Decorating: Decorate the church for services and events.

Crafting: Create decorations and items for church activities.

Green Thumb

Lawn Care: Help maintain the church grounds.

Landscaping: Care for the landscape areas around the church/school.

Flower Gardens: Plant and tend to flower gardens.

Handy

Repair Work: Perform general repair tasks to keep the church facilities in good condition.

Carpentry: Use your carpentry skills to build, repair, and maintain structures and fixtures.

Painting: Use your painting skills around the facility.

Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical: Support the maintenance and repair of these essential systems.

Technology

Hardware: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot church/school hardware, including computers and other devices.

Software: Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting to support church operations.

Networking: Manage and maintain the site's network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity.

Classroom Assistance

Assist Teachers: Provide support to teachers in the classroom.

Library: Support, organize, and/or manage the library.

Art Projects: Assist with classroom art projects.

Teaching

Sunday School: Teach or assist with Sunday School classes.

Tutor: Offer tutoring support to students who need extra help.

Enrichment or Special Needs: Provide support for enrichment programs or special needs education.

Bible Class: Lead and/or Teach Bible study groups.

Home Groups: Host and/or lead Bible study groups in the home.

Food

Cooking/Baking: Prepare food for Sunday Bible class, school lunch, or church/school special events.

Serving Food: Plate, serve and/or clean-up at church/school functions.

Bring Food: Prep and/or bring food for CTL activities (Sunday Bible Class, Lenten Suppers, Game Nights)

Food train: Support individuals or families by preparing a meal when needed.

Concessions: Run/support the concession stand at CTL school events.

Coach Other Extracurricular Teams: Forensics, Math, Chess Club, etc.

Play on CTL Adult Sports Teams.

Community

Community Outreach: Engage in outreach activities, like canvasing or digital communications.

Community Events: Organize and/or participate in community events.

Flyers: Create and/or distribute promotional flyers.

Fellowship

Making Phone Calls: Reach out to people via phone, offering support and connection.

Shepherd Plan: Participate in Shepherd Plan calls to members.

Visiting Shut-Ins: Visit and support homebound members.

Hosting Events: Organize fellowship events, creating opportunities for connection and community-building.

Carpool Rides: Help transport members to and from church.
