2. Any institute/individual providing false data will be blacklisted from all future GIKI events and will be subjected to penalties.

3. Any delegate with an exceptional case i.e. information outside this form is required to email all information to sophepsocialmedia@gmail.com.

4. Please make sure you follow ALL registration and payment deadlines. Failing to do so will be penalized.

5. The GIMUN 26 Host Team reserves the right to reject requests for changes post deadline.

6. Coach/Advisors/Chaperons will be given shared accommodation.
